Just over a month back I called Edgars customer care to change my payment plan from 6 months to 12 months. I was told that the change had been done and that I was not to use my account for 4 days (mind you I had to clarify myself whether it was 4 working days or just 4 days). I was then told that my new installment would be R450, a few days after that I paid R500. now fast forward to a few days ago where to my surprise I get a text telling me that my account was overdue. I called customer care to inquire about this and the gentleman I spoke to said that he would look into it and that it would be sorted as the system did show that I had changed my payment plan and paid my account after that. today I received a text telling me that I have now been listed as a slow payer and I feel that this is unjust as I had made the arrangements to sort this out and was told that it would be sorted out soon enough. now I'm being told that I can lodge a complaint against the person who gave me the wrong info but what good is that gonna do as now have a slow payer listing
