I brought an LG 1T hard drive in February 2012.i hardly used it and it didnt leave the desk at home. In december it stopped working and was making a funny sound. We took it in and a week later got an sms saying my repaired hard drive was ready for collection. We went to the store on 30 December to be told The hard drive wasnt fixed and they said that LG was out of stock but if pay an extra R400 they would sell me a new hard drive of a different make (a 500G) the lady made as many excues to try to get us to take the deal (luckily my boyfriend works with computers so could be fool like me) we decided to wait as i wanted an LG and asked them to contact us when it arrived.By February 2013 we hadnt heard anything so at the end of February we phoned them After numerous phone calls to them and numerous excuse to why they still hadnt contacted us (from my warrently had now expired to LG no longer exsists to they dont do replacements even if you have a 2 year LG warrenty and 1year Dion warrenty) on the 3rd March we decided to get our money back. I am so disheartened by the way they handled the situation on the phone and in person, and made us feel guilty that we wanted our money back or a new product
