Yesterday I did shopping at Checkers Moffet on Main Port Elizabeth. I bought a couple things, but the price of one of my items did not scan the same price as shown on the shelf. It only scanned R1 more, but I asked for them to sort the problem out, as it was not the R1 that was bugging me, but rather the fact that each time someone would be paying more than expected. They called the manager. After 5 minutes the manager still hadn't arrived. They just kept saying that she was coming. Well, I got frustrated and left as I had another appointment to get to. An hour later I was back in the store as combination locks that I had bought I was not happy with as they were so weak. I wanted to change them for a different make at the same price. Once again they tried to call the manager. 10 minutes later, no manager. I started to think that there was no one looking after the store, which explained the general sloppiness and bad presence of the staff. I never once got a smile or a hello while being in the store. I eventually had to walk to the back to meet the manager as she seemed to be too lazy to come to the front of the store. I am dissapointed at the bad service!
