I went into the store to get some medicine and a few other items, in the biscuit aisle pretzels were on special - there was a big label R9.99 by the pretzels and no ther prices were listed on display. At the till the pretzels scanned for R14.99 the cashier went to look and confirmed that the shelf price was R9.99 and called the manager. I waited a full 10min before I asked what was happening another 5 minutes later a man came along - he had been standing at the front of the store laughing and joking. He didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence as a customer at all. He listened to the cashier and then walked to the aisle. Another 10 minutes later I walked to him and asked what exactly the problem is as he is wasting my time. He then said the size was wrong and the items is actually R14.99 even though there was no label on the shelf at all. I told him to just leave it then and he made a comment about the effort of voiding the article. I then asked him to hurry up as his incompetance was wasting my time. He got very rude an aggresive with me, told me that I was swearing at him and I pointed out that his incompetance was a fact not a swearword and that he should work on his english s
