Poor Service

Last Saturday (18/01/14) i went to the above store to do an exchange of items (toys) that were purchased at the same store on the 28th of December 2013.The items were not in good working order. The assistant store manager by the name of Mrs Rampha was very rude and she refused to exchange the goods, She told me that they can not exchange items after seven days of purchase it is against their exchange policy which she refused to show to me, to my greatest surprise when i went to another Checkers store (Southway Mall) where i did not even bought the items, i explained my situation the store manager was very friendly and helpful they gladly exchanged the items for me without any problem. Checkers Store (Southway Mall) rocks.
