Poor service and extremely poor quality

I bought a BAUER LD-468-A large gas heater (SKU NUMBER :595320836200020) at OK FURNITURE in Kroonstad in February month end and my sales person was Pitso Macdill, my account number is 5953-000000-00. In May when I use it i noticed that is is not working and reported the matter to OK furniture. The heater was taken and i was promised to get a new one in two weeks and on the 10May i went to fetch a new heater and it was still not working. Petrus Mofokeng (sales person) accused me that my brand new gas cylinder is not working and i now blame them for poor quality heater, the same gas cylinder was used in one of their GOLDAIR heater in stock and it was working well which proved that their BAUER heater is not working at all and my cylinder is full and working well. I asked the manager (Judith Van Der Mescht - 0229806) to give my money back or another heater on stock and she refused, saying I should wait another week to fix the heater. PLEASE ASSIST beacuse itis cold in Kroonstad and cannot stand that anymore.
