I had a checkers voucher for 3 items as they did not have stock of the sale items as they were meant to have. I went there to collect my items and had to wait at the till for approx 15min for the manager to arrive. The teller must have sent about 3 people to look for Shandiep, the manager, and she was nowhere to be found. Eventually she arrived, full of bad attitude, a very fake apology for not being around and she said she was in the office. Surely in such a big store there should be an easy-to-contact manager on the floor to handle customer queries, complaints and issues? I find it totally unacceptable. I had a similar problem at the same store about a week ago because a product was labelled at one price on the shelf and another at the till, I waited so long for a manager that I actually just left all my shopping and walked out. Ridiculous!!!
