I went to checkers yesterday and bought maceroons, when I tasted them they were off and smelly, we took them back and after the training manager could barely talk to us, the manager helped us. Today I went again and asked them to help me find the canderal, as there were no staff on the floor they just ignored me. Nobody in that shop smiles or serves you properly, i am so angry I just wanted to cry. I worked with customers and my first priority was to keep them happy obviously this store does not know how to do this. The pricing on the punch I bought was wrong, i only found out after I have paid that it was double the price, I asked them to please refund it and bring me the cheaper one as I was standing with the things I bought previously. They said they could not do that, I have to go back in and get the other one and stand in the long lines again. I have never encountered this kind of service.
