Do i have an account or not???

I applied for an account and i was approved. Then when i went to shop on the 29th of April i was informed my account was locked and they needed my 3months bank statement and recent payslip, i provided them the documents on the very day and was told to come back in the afternoon, which i did and was told that nothing had changed i had to come back the next morning, they mad me go back and forth for 3 days and status was the same Nelly from Alberton was communicating with Thandi from accounts headoffice. they told me they would contact me and to this day the 10th of May i have not heard from them. i een called on saturday and monday to follow up and nothing has been done... what kind of customer service is this... i just need to know do i have an account or not, has the problem being rectified or not coz seriousy this is frustrating. maybe if i had gone to open my accoun at the Glen the service would be better... to make matters worse when my account was approved i was given a voucher slipworth R500 instead of R1000, the one corner had been torn off. Why???
