Decided to buy a tablet but before buying I wanted to be sure it played the video file formats I use on a regular basis and that the screen quality and size was ok. Spent about 10mins going back and forth between the tablets on display without helping me until I went to a salesperson and asked them to help me. He ask another salesperson to help that was familiar with tablets.
If you want to sell a product put something on it. None of the tablets had any music, video files or pictures except for other customers recording themselves via the tablet's camera which isn't the same thing.
I'd brought my mem stick with me that had the video file formats I wanted to test. Problem was, nowhere in the entire Incredible Connection did they have a mini male to female USB adapter cable!!! and that was the end of that. "the tablet doesn't come with one"... BS! No attempt to get one or open a store packaged one.
This could have turned into a R2500-R6000 sale for the cost of opening a R50 item that would be reused multiple times for other ustomers wanting to test their own mem sticks guys. Teach your sales staff to actually service the customer and make the SALE!
