I went to Foshini on the 15 November to open an account. They told me that I will receive an sms the Monday. I went there the Monday to find out if it was approved yet. They said it was being processed. I went there the Wednesday and it was still not processed. The lady then phoned to confirm my employment and she confirmed it. She then phoned the people at the accounts and they had the cheek to tell her they don't care if she phoned they must do it. That Friday I went back and still nothing. That Saturday I had a function and it would have helped to have my account open by then. Now its Monday again and still nothing. I know some people who only waited an hour to open their account.. Seriously, Must I wait almost 2 weeks??? This is ridiculous!!! Is this what they call Service???
