CANT OPEN AN EDGARS ACCOUNT

On the 5 Sept I went to the Mall@Reds in Centurion to open an Edgars account as I wanted to purchase Placecol products. I waited about 30min to be served as the person was busy with someone, eventually they called another lady who after giving me the wrong form to complete stated I already have a pre-approved Jet account to which I stated that I do not want this as Jet accounts u pay interest on, she told me Edgars work exactly the same, they no longer have a 6 month interest free account. And if I have a pre-approved Jet account I can't open an Edgars Account. I told her to cancel everything to which she said it will eventually delete itself off the system. I then went to Jet and got a 12 month interest account. Only to my dismay when I went to Cresta on the 12 Sept did I see BIG signs about opening a 6 month interest free account and receive R1000 vouchers. I am very upset about this-how can u have such un-informed employees working at Edgars and me as a consumer how are u going to correct this as I am protected by the CPA. I was wrongly informed and now I am sitting with a interest generating Jet account. I am not happy. I want this corrected otherwise I will take this further.
