I bought a lounge suite on the 23/04/13 for R17000.00 on the 30/04/13 I went into the store and reported that it is damaged and it should be replaced according to the CPA but he insisted it will be repaired according to his company rules .the 3 seater the seams burst and the other two the threads are just left hanging around.
they fetched the 1 piece that was burst whilst doing that the guys damaged my front door which is a carved teak door. I have emailed their customer service who promised me that the Regional Manger will investigate and call me, which never happened so I went to the store and the store Manager called the Regional Manager who said give he will call me in 10 minutes but never did. I want my door replaced and I would had accept an exchange on the lounge suite but now a WANT A REFUND as I paid in cash for it
