I have been battling for the past 4 months to get my lounge suite repaired/replaced that was damaged when Russells delivered it. I have been talking to the manager frequently, but nothing has been done. He keeps on promising that the couch will be repaired, but no action has been taken. I have arranged with him to come and view the damage on the couch, but he did not show. Due to my nature of work, I cannot answer my phone during business hours, so I have asked him to leave me a message if he calls. I have not received a single message in 4 months!!
My door frame was also damaged due to the force that was used to get the couch inside. The door could not close for two months until I had it repaired myself. Same story here, the manager promised to send someone to come and fix it, but no action was taken.
This is a very poor reflection on Russells as a whole. I will never shop there again.
