Bought lounge suite and they were damaged

Hi Please help,
Bought a lounge suite and it was damaged and reported the matter was reported the following day to Hector who was the sales person. He agreed to change them the following month when they receive stock. But till today they have not changed them. I spoke to Edward who is the store manager he agreed to change them and still nothing. the purchase was made on the 9th of March but till today the 9th September this lounge suite has not been replaced. Its 6 months now sitting with damaged goods.

I would really appreciate your help in this regard.
