So yet again I wait for response from the chain store and nothing to the avail... This is getting seriously tiring and beyond unprofessional.
I was told that my phone would be ready by last week Saturday or latest Monday. This is after I received a call from the Edcon offices Friday morning and spoke to a certain lady.
When I went personally to the store in sunnyside, I was told by Kagiso that Lobang is not at work YET AGAIN and she is the person in charge of claims in the store??? Such a major store can honestly have just one person dealing with claims??? I'm blown for words.
Seeing that I'm not getting any joy from them, seems one has to resort to the legal route for a simple claim... For someone who has a son in the fashion and entertainment industry, he should know how poor this lengthy service is for him to spread the word.
