I honestly give up. I want to pay this account up and then close it. My account is still a mess and my hard work to maintain a good credit record all been undone by one person who did not know how to do his work properly.
When I spoke to the store manager on Thursday 19/12/2013 I was told it has been sorted out and I have to go to the store to sign. I did go to the store on Saturday 21/12/2013. The store manager was day off and my account still a mess. What a surprise when the customer service centre did not even want to assist their own store admin manager. I made another payment and was told I would receive feedback today. Nothing. Not a call, sms or email. I will not pay the interest that is now accumulating.
SO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO AFTER MY CREDIT RECORD HAS BEEN RUINED.
