Claim process stagnent

My cellphones were from my bag two weeks ago. I had insured them at the time of purchase at an Edgars store. When the phones got i went to an Edgars store based in Vosloorus (Chris Hani Crossing), was informed about the process that needed to take place so i called my service provider and blocked both the sim and phone. Thereafter I went to a police station to open a case and obtain affidavits. I took the necessary documentation to the store where i was told that I should be contacted within a week at most. After no contact was made I went to the store to do a follow up, but was told that they are having problems with their head office. They infomed me that whenever they fax or email the documentation to the claims department some way some how they claim to have never received it. I have since been back to the store several times and the staff have connected me via telephone to the claims department and all they keep telling me is that they'll process my claims after an hour, but up to date nothing has happened on their end as yet. i am unable to work without a cellphone an in urgent need of them to get replaced
