No service at 8ta store

On Sunday the 3rd of March I went into the 8ta store at gateway at about 09:00 to renew my contract, I wanted to speak to a sales person about my options, but when i asked the recption lady there she told me that there were no sales people currently in the store (in other words no one had rocked up to work yet they have opened the store) and i was told to wait for a sales person to come in i waited OVER AN HOUR UNTIL 10:05 STILL NO ONE HAD ROCKED UP IT WAS COMPLETE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME, THAT KIND OF SERVICE, NO WAIT THERE WAS NO SERVICE WHICH IS WHAT IM COMPLAINING ABOUT AS THAT MORNING WAS THE ONLY TIME I COULD GET IN STORE AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT RENEWING MY CONTRACT LETS JUST SAY IM NOT GONNA BE WITH 8TA FOR MUCH LONGER
