On the 24/04/13 I went to Jet Store in Sunnyside where I bought my cellphone from to report that I had lost in and wanted to put in a claim for it.
I did all the paper work and was advised that it takes 48 hrs for claims to be settled and ever since... I'm STILL WAITING.
Its so pathetic that such a huge retail store that is seemingly stable could take so long to settle a cellphone claim with all relevant details given to them. It is now a week later and I still don't have any feedback from them instead I have to call the claims department myself every day to follow up and they keep on telling me "we will call you back" ( They don't even have a number to call me back on). This is extremely BAD service and cant get my fingers around the fact that only one person is handling claims (from Hollard Isurance as I was advised) and seeing that since I called last week she has not been to work, as they say, I have to suffer and sit without a phone due to ill planning and poor service. It would be great if my claim could get settled a.s.a.p and feedback be given to me.
