Submitted an account protection claim at the Kenilworth store in March 2013.By the end of March there was no feedback. I went to the store for feedback. They said there is a bottle neck of claims. I went to the store at the end of April. They could not find my documents. They said they will call me when the find my documents. I went to the store at the end of May. They found my documents, but ony now they said the documents was not sent away since some of the documents were not certified. I went to a store closer, at the Blue Route and resubmitted all the documents. Now Hollard says, my six months has expired, my claims has been rejected. I had to write a letter explaining my late submission. I went to the Blue Route store to faxed the letter. I went KC for feedback. The insurers never received the letter. Another letter was e-mailed. On 14.08.13 I went the KC store for feedback. The insurers say they do not have such a mail or fax. Another copy was faxed. They would have called me Friday (17.08.13). It has been a week still no response. I been a loyal customer with an excellent credit record. for 16 years. Now I am unemployed and this is the service I get!
