Poor customer service for new Dial a bed store

On friday the 6/9 we purchased 2 Restonic single beds. We were to collect them the following monday. when we got to thr store wecwere told there was no stock and our purchase was not captured properly. And the only bed that was instore was for an indian client and she would make a fuss if she didnt get her bed. We were told that the store will deliver free of charge that same Saturday. No delivery was made that Saturday and no contact made with us to notify us of this. On Monday the 16th we went to the store and the sales lady again said she did not have stock and forgot about her promise to deliver, and actually made an excuse that she came in late hence could not call to notify us about not delivering. We were promised that Restonic was to deliver beds today and we will be delivered to. Today (17/09) I called the store only to once again be told by their store manager Carl that delivery is now Friday. He further informed us to bring in proof of banking and copy of ID should we want a refund. I'm highly disappointed with the service received from the store, especially as its a new store!
