A week ago from today my phone was on Wednesday the 3 De I have reported it to Rmcs and bayport. Bayport has emailed me a black listing form to black list my phone which I filled in and fax a consultant told me that it takes 72 hours to black list my phone which is long over now the consultant also told me that they are going to soft lock my Sim but in the meanwhile I need to purchase a cell C starter pack for a Sim swap and phone when I have so they can do the Sim swap this I have done I phoned on Monday morning to do so they have done the swap today is Wednesday my new Sim is still blocked and not active its been 3 days now.
I am not happy with the service that bayport is giving me and I am not happy with the fact that I'm paying for a contract phone that was and I as a customer have to replace the Sim and not bayport and that I am not covered to get a replacement phone. If you look at any other company providing cell contracts you are covered for and other damages if they can't repair it they replace it.
