POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Dear Parents, please think twice before buying anything from Baby Boom as they do not value you as a customer. I purchased a bath ring from Baby Boom Willowbridge and it snapped after we only used it once. Imagine my grandson was in the bath ring and it snapped, he could have drowned -! Very disappointing, but unfortuantley Baby Boom is only interested in your money - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - PLEASE SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS WHO HAVE BABIES, YOU COULD SAVE A LIFE!!!
