We are very upset about the way that we have been treated. I adviced my best friend to shop at Baby boom Nelspruit for all her goodies that she needs for her 1st baby that's on his way. She has spent over R10 000 already at this branch, but she feels like nobody cares. If we walk into the store nobody comes and greets you on the floor. Nobody asks you if you need any assistance or tell you about new products. My friend has never had a baby before, also she does not know a lot. She needed some advice on products and what she needs for the baby. But it seems that everyone has something better to do, than to assist a customer. There is no music or atmosphere in the store. It feels like the DEAD when you walk in there. And yes I have asked myself why do we go back, but that's the thing they are the only baby store in Nelspruit. The staff needs to be passionate about babies. They need to make a mom to be feel like she is the most important customer when she walks in there. Explain about the products and specials. The time they went to buy the Cot, the cashier was digging for gold inside her nose, and then with those fingers she started ringing up the stuff they bought. Really??
