I put in an insurance claim with Edgars Killarney on the 12th of Feb 2013 for my blackberry that was from me. It is now 10 days later and I have not received any feedback or response from Edgars whatsoever despite being a loyal customer who pays for their accounts relatively well. I went to the cellphone department this afternoon only to be told that Edgars is "awaiting documents" which I have provided on the date of the claim by the way (i.e affidavit from the SAPS, ITC number and Case number from the SAPS). I am very frustrated as I cannot communicate with the rest of the world now seeing as I still do not have a replacement mobile handset. If Edgars is not willing to replace my handset then why am I paying for insurance? I am very dissapointed to say the least. I do not see myself using Edgars to insure anything from now henceforth
