I went into the spar in katlehong to withdraw some money. Being it the first it was full and queues were long. In hand I had a bottle of cold drink.
I had to go through 4 tellers, stand in each and every long queue, only to hear that they have no money in their tills and cannot assist. Each teller suggested I go to the next. One. All 4 of them had a "not My problem" attitude. The reason for them not having money in their tills was that its month end or I just knocked in.
The 4th teller had the nerve to suggest I go ask all the other tellers before I stand in their lines.and that I know how these "grant" people are".
How are they giving other customers change??? They should say they offer a service ilike withdrawing if they cannot cater for a certain period of the month.
