Failure& refusal to assist in an urgent case

Someone used my Edgars account to buy unknown items worth about R6500- 7000. I then decided to enquire and was advised to submit relevant documentation to for further investigation.

I was assisted by a man who is said to be a Credit manager of the store, this man was not helpfull at all, he just wanted to rush through the process, just wanted me to sign. He Insisted that we must just submit documentation and head office will do the rest of the investigation. My reponse was that what we put in as a query will determine the quality of information we get back from the investigation. i told him im uncomfortable providing info that is not accurate, because he failed to calculate the diffrence from what the used and my own balace, some figures were not even adding up. I then told him i will be back with my bank statements, which will make things easier.

later went 2 the store only for the guy to disrespectfully tell me that im wasting his time and he will not help and must wait for his colleague, who also responded to say if the guy failed to help then she will not be able to. We are talking, something sensitive and urgent. Im Really disappointe
