INVESTIGATION OF A ACCOUNT

Someone opened an account at Edgars in May 2013 using my identity. I submitted all the supporting documents to assist in the investigation as proof I was not that person on 14 June 2013 and it has been 3 months now and I still have not received any feedback regarding this investigation. My credit record will be affected by this and Edgars does not seem to care.
