Lack of competency and service

We have been an loyal account holder for close to 30 years now. I am an additional card holder on my mothers account. PROBLEM 1: More than 6 months ago Edgars blocked my card and have since not be able to tell me or my mom why or provide a solution. This ongoing situation has forced us to make use of the 1 available card. PROBLEM 2: We have submitted the FICA documents more than once, the last time being November 2013. We used the card throughout December with no problems. I tired to make a purchase yesterday only to discover Edgars has now blocked the account due to failure to submit FICA documentation. How often must one submit FICA documentation?? PROBLEM 3: The customer service counter at the Sandton City branch has for years been completely useless and incompetent and I have always just walk out after a long wait with no success. WE ARE DISGUSTED that Edgars had failed for many months to address our problem and continue to add to the problem with a complete lack of service and competency. There is no channel to escalate problems to a higher level. Upon my visit to Melrose Edgars yesterday I encountered yet another lady with EXACTLY the same problems with her Edgars account.
