I'm resorting to Hello Peter because of my frustration now. i have subscribed with ADT security since Sept'12 this year 08/02/2013 my house was broken into, and as normal i did arm the security system when i left home to go to work. surprisingly the alarm didn't go go off when the took place.
a week before that, ADT has sent a systems inspector to my house and declared that everything is in working condition. now my query with ADT was how in the world did they not receive a signal and give a call to verify that the panic alarm has went off? to date i have not received even a single letter of report on the events of the day.
to ADT i say REPLACE my stuff because this seems to me as an inside job. ADT is thieving on their clients and we pay monthly instalments to thank them for that. ADT has not even provided me with the report of the inspector they had sent out but they were efficient enough to send an sms and a call to let us know they were sending an inspector for a routine check.
i am terribly disgusted by their attitude and lack of service they so much promise on when they recruit clients.
