My alarm went off last week while I was in the house but no one called me, I called call center twice as I was informed I need to do a test, after the test I called call center again as I didn't receive any sms to inform me the alarm was went off, the call center said they will send the technicians to me during the day as no one came, I'm wondering what I'm gonna do if there is anything happened. I also left a message via ADT website about this problem and was informed someone will call me during 24 hours, unfortunately I haven't receive any call after 48 hours, if they are not care about their clients, I'm happy to go to other security company who cares about their clients.
