On the 5 July 2013 i called the chubb call center. I had just moved into a house my family and i purchased.
They send a guy out to sign us up. He did not test the existing alarm system, but managed to give me a quote.
I was promised that the sustem will be linked up by the next day. Two days later our house was broken into and the system was not working. I called and spoke with numerous persons and eventually after losing my temper they came out. The technician said my electric fence cable is broken and battery dead. According to the old owner who moved out on the 31 June, it all was working. I have been send from pillar to post, my system is still not working and the are charging me call outs, which was not in the quote. The guy Nino has a terrible attitude, even tells his manager that i don't want to pay, PAY FOR WHAT. THEY WERE CLEVER ENOUGH TO SIGN ME UP FOR 3 YEARS, NOW I SUPPOSE IM STUCK WITH THIS BAD SERVICE.My alarm system goes off all the time, call center says they don't get the signal. We were part of Hurcules security before and chubb should go learn from them what good service really is.
How do i get the 3 year contract cancelled?
