You spend a fortune on your security system (installed April), you have constant problem. You have a call out to sort out alarm which you pay for, next time alarm does not work and you are left without a security system. Even though your alarm was working before tech came out and after tech does not work. But does ADT care about your safety no as long as they get their alarms sold, you pay the monthly fee and all service calls then they are happy, stuff the customer who has no alarm for 48 hours because they cannot service it as all tech are busy... does this mean ADT has to many customers that they cannot take care off. Never received good service from ADT always have to fight them... I would advise everybody to rather look for another alarm company that cares...
