Last year the alarm would sound and the control room did not receive the alarm signal. In February after complaining a technician as well as an inspector as they said the system was long due of an inspection came out. I was also informed of no access into the premises so I ordered the lock box to be fitted the same time. I contacted the control room gave the code. My wife is alone a lot as I have to travel a lot.
Two weeks after this it was noted that the alarm system was not even operational. A technician was sent out only to find that there was a loose connection. Meanwhile we were under the impression we were safe especially my wife.
Today the alarm sounded and received no call from ADT control room. My wife called and asked if they had seen the alarm went off. The answer was NO and was asked if it was an emergency she said no but said she is alone and then they said they would send someone out. Ten min later bell rang, at the gate no sight of ADT vehicle and she asked if it was ADT to open the gate. No check around the house, she asked him to check the flat. He did not know the code to enter the premises! Scared but she had to leave secure area to open and assist?
