My home was broken into on Friday and stuff was . the gained entry into the house through the window in my bedroom. when the responding security came, and re-tested the system only to find that the eyes were not picking up the moving objects. My new security was installed mid September this year. I then called on Saturday morining informing them of what had happened and my request that they send someone to come and fix the security. I was informed that there was no one on standby. therefore if I wanted my securty to fixed I must call ADT to come and I must pay for that call out. I told them that i was not willing to pay for something that they should fix at no extra cost to me. I was told that if I valued my security i would do so. I am expected to sleep in my house now knowingly that the alarm that I pay for monthly is not working. ADT is willing to come at a cost. Waynet security is not does not have people on standby to come and fix my security and I am expected to wait till monday. How is that security for me?
