My father in law's practice got broken into and it's shocking the bad service and lack of service thereof he received. ADT debits money at the end of each month with ease yet provides a lack of service for what they are being paid for. If not calling from an unknown number then confirming a business has been secured after an alarm going off is shocking esp when there was infact a break in. He is still waiting on a manager from ADT to see him face to face to discuss the unhappiness of your client. In this day and age good customer service is imperative esp when you being paid for providing a service and in ADT's case you need to seriously pull your socks up!! I will never use your company! Shocking shocking service!
