Last year I fitted a Netstar unit. So far this year they replaced it three times. (not a good quality unit). The last unit that was fitted in the month is also not working. A lot of promises was made that I would be phoned back and the problem sorted out (Lorainne Molisane) Still today, after a week I was not called and the problem is not resolved. They do not call back and nobody comes out to fix the unit. Do Netstar use sub-standard units or are the people working there not competent to do there job?? I am at a point where they must take out the unit, but they do not even phone back to have that done. What must one do to get service from Netstar??
