What is the response time for ADT call centre after your alarm went off? Saturday morning broke into my garage, I had to phone ADT after 7 mins to ask for a van to come out and it took another 7 mins for the van to get to me. Yet Saturday when I tested my alarm to make sure its working properly they phoned me within seconds of activating the alarm. Tested the alarm during the day. That tells me the people working in the call centre is sleeping while they are suppose to be working at night...
