More than a month has passed and I am still left waiting for my money to be credited back into my account.
I have made numerous calls to resolve an incorrect debit of my bank account and to get through to accounts is a headache. To be in the service industry requires that the client is confident and happy with your service and this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Today I have made 4 phone calls to try and get through to accounts and after a while while you are still on hold the call is timed out and cut... finally figured what ADT stands for... Accelerated Degenerative!
