Due to my bank accounts switching last minute my debit order for Vodacom bounced for the month of October, i made an arrangement with Vodacom to pay on the 25/10. Yesterday morning my line was suspended while I was out at meetings without a warning, not even a sms! I could not get hold of anyone, receive mail or even send a message. when i got hold of the accounts call centre they said i would have to pay the account before they would unblock my line. I went to Vodacom Cresta to pay 75% of the bill as requested to re instate my line. As of now i am STILL waiting for my line to be reinstated after 3 phone calls to the call centre and them saying it would be reinstated within 2 hours! I have been a client of Vodacom going on 7 years now! I am due for an upgrade on 1 of my contracts and another in January 2014 and am thinking of changing service providers after this... not so serious to Vodacom but for me this is definitely a inconvenience! I am NOT happy!!
