Whereas I'm a very happy customer of ADT armed reponse (friendly, prompt, etc.), dealing with their accounts and technical departments is impossible. Firstly you cannot get hold of them (technical never return calls left via the call centre and there is no direct number). Secondly, I'm now waiting for more than a month to get a detailed statement from ADT so that I can see where the extra billing (and what it's for) is coming from. Numerous calls and e-mails just do not get responded to. How does one go about contacting anyone that will take RESPONSIBILITY for your request at ADT?
