It has become apparent I will not be assisted by woolworths to resolve the matter regarding 2 paymnet I have made to woolworths with an incorrect reference. I have tried numerous times to request assistance but my request fell on deaf ears. All I need is that the money paid to be credited to my aCcount rather I reverse the amount as the bank is not willing to do so. Thing is If woolies accounts department can take time to look through the statement with the reference number I used this would be resolved than having to take me up and down and making things more difficult for me. I would like to resolve this urgently As it is affecting my credit record as if I cannot manage my accounts
