I have been trying to get ADT credit control Tsepho and Aldo the supervisor, to credit the account and sent proof of payment as well as several emails and made numerous calls. To date this has no been done after several calls and promises that this will be done.
The security service is currently unavailable and this is is concerning and there is lack of interest to sort out the account which has been paid.
Also the phone response is bad one is left to listen to voice recordings for about 15 min before anyone becomes available.
I would appreciate the have this unacceptable situation rectified without further inconvenience and delay.
