Shocking Service and client retention

Due to shocking service received at various intervals over my years with Standard Bank (1997 - 2012) I decided to close all my accounts at Standard Bank and move to FNB. When closing my accounts at the Woodmead Branch i was never once asked why i was leaving Standard Bank and no effort was made to retain me as a client. When i closed my accounts there was an amount of approxi, mately R100 owing to me that was still left in the various accounts for which i was given debit vouchers for. The Standard Bank employee assisting me told me that i could redeem this voucher at any Standard Bank at my convinience, due to the fact that i could not do it on that day, as i had been waitiong for an hour for someone to serve me and had to get back to work.
I then went to Standard Bank Woodmead in January to redeem my vouchers and was told that they don't know where the money is. I was then told that they had called me but i did not answer. When i asked if they left a message i was told NO but surely i should have seen the 011 number. Apparently the money was put into my revolving credit account which i am following uo.
All of the above is why i left Std Bank
