After an upgrade, to a 2 gig Top up contract, value at R489/ month, an amount of R4127.00 was charged on my bank account - I made numerous phone calls to the Vodashop in Menlyn, and to the accounts dept of Vodacom, they gave me a reference no. and would investigate the matter, - I went into Vodashop again, they faxed my contract and the incorrect account to the accounts dept, still not resolved yet, and I have no internet, Vodacom suspended my internet because of the mess they made!!! They put through another incorrect debit order through my bank account, another incorrect payment for services I did not sign for to the amount of R3900.00!!!
