Panic raised and ADT takes 30 MINUTES to arrive!!

We had a break-in this morning at our offices in richmond hill. We pressed the panic button and armed response took 30 MINUTES to arrive!! By then we had to fight off the intruders and chace them down the road ourselves! What are we actually paying for? Clearly not fast and reliable armed response!
