On two occosions I have been trying to test my unit.and it seems to me that the test centre takes too long to perform the excercise and hence by then the car is no longer in motion and a signal cannot be located. So yesterday was a perfect example, I was driving from KZN to GP so what a perfect timing to test the unit-sufficent timing-but they still could it get it correct, cause after an hour I reached home only then, did the agent call me to say that ther eis no signal picked up. I was told to go a nearest centre to get it fixed. So I called to find out where would that be, then to be told that Sandton-my area only has a mobile centre, when my installation was intilaay done by ythe same they messed it up. Eventually a Netstar agetn had to come out to my place to redo the installaion correctly. But neverthe less-I submitted all my detials, and prmoised to expect a call todayfor an appointment for tomorrow-but didnt happend, so??? I really regret going with Netstar, maybe I should of went with...
