A month ago, I had my car fitted with a tracking device at your centre. I was told to call netstar and set up a test. The test was conducted and I was informed that the device did not give off a signal, and that it is a fault of the fitment centre. I made an arrangement with your centre for my car to be picked up and returned to my place of work. On that day, no one had come through. If there was a problem, no one had contacted me to inform me of such. I had made another appointment, and yet again, no one had come through. I was asked to perform a personal favor for one of your staff members (lushen) as I am a dentist and he needed treatment. I did this hoping to recieve better service from your centre and I am extremely disappointed that this was not delivered. Further more, I am payin for a sevice that is void, seeing as if my car had been in the past month, your centre will not take responsibilty. I will ask now for the third time, can we arrange for the device to be sorted out as this has caused an inconvenience that is a fault of the fitment centre and no one is taking any sort of responsibility.
