ADT have offered me bad service while charging me without explanation of charges.my alarm was misbehaving when ADT guy called me and offered to sent technician to come and check my system free of charge. After the guy called I told him I was at work and will come to my house then he left so when I asked them to send him bad.he came and I was charged for that service saying I ordered them to send me a technician they never offered such service to me.i didnt pay cause they offered the service I called account department no one bothered to help or even to call me back.now I had burglary in my house the alarm didnt go off.they dont want to come check it cause the robbers cut one of the wires.i cant arm it.when I ask for technician they dont want to help but am expected to pay monthly payment.i cant move or leave the house cause my alarm cant be activated and I've been robbed.they dont want to terminate my service with them but they cant offer me service either.i believe they are after peoples money not to protect them or service them
